Look good, though the asian with the pilgrim hat looks a bit weird.

Yes,the first line from left to right:

Great General Gun -Qing
Flying Crow-Qing
Stoneball Cannon-Korean
Flame Thrower-Qing
Flail Elephant-Indian
Seige Elephant-Indian

the second line from left to right:

Hand Mortar-Ming
Fire Arrow-Ming
Redcoat Gun-Ming
Morutaru-Japanese
Legionary Cannon-Persian

Korean has two other seige units-Bamboo Gunner and Arrow Knight
Persian has one other seige unit-War Elephant

Yes,they are very similar.
Korean is good at arrow units.

While Ming is good at artillery units,they have 3 knids of cannons.

Japanese is good at both infantry units and cavalry units,they got Musket Rider and Ashigaru Pikeman in this MOD.The Morutaru is modified into a new cannon that will be a enhanced version of Hand Mortar which could attack units as well.

The Korean Arrow Knight have a training limit?
The Aztec Arrow Knight is very powerful in large groups (20 units or more).

Japanese is good at both infantry units and cavalry units,they got Musket Rider and Ashigaru Pikeman in this MOD.

The Ashigaru Pikeman sounds interesting. I was getting tired of having to use the Samurai as my main anti-cavalry unit (02 pop + High cost).
The Musket Rider will replace the Yabusame?

No,player can train Yabusame as well.
Musket Rider is a little weak at anti artillery.

The Korean Bamboo Gunner seems to be a very interesting unit.

Like an Abus Gun,using a long hand cannon made of bamboo.

No,they haven't.
Korean,Indian,Persian and Japanese has only one kind of artillery units.
Qing has 2 kind of artillery units,and Ming has 3 kind of artillery units.
While,Korean has other 2 seige units(Bamboo Gunner and Arrow Knight);Indian has other 1 seige unit(Flail Elephant);Persian has other 1 seige unit(War Elephant);Qing has other 1 seige unit(Flame Thower).
Japanese is the only civ which has just 1 kind of seige unit,but the number of its total units is 8,equaling to it of Persian.This figure of Ming is 9 and of Korean is 7.

in TAOE where doing the Joseon Dynasty.

Except Bamboo Gunner above,there are 2 else seige units of Korean-Stoneball Cannon and Arrow Knight

We have got them,but they are units of Ming and were a little changed.

I like the bamboo gunners and the H'wacha. How weak are the bamboo gunners?
